Le Souk is a place where you can experience genuine Algerian hospitality. Our menu reflects the cultural complexity of Algeria in North Africa, with influences of French, Jewish, Turkish and Arabic cuisines. Our flavour's are totally unique, as we create our own traditional spice blends, in our cooking and also retail many of our condiments. Le Souk can be found at the iconic and bustling Adelaide Central Markets, where you may take a seat to enjoy a steaming bowl of Chakchouka with a pot of refreshing mint tea. Dine in for lunch or dinner and try our impressive, slow cooked Lamb Tagine with prunes accompanied with twice steamed couscous. Try our Paella Oranaise, Chicken Couscous, Spinach Couscous with Black Truffle, and you cannot miss our house-made Merguez sausages. See you there, its a date!
