Do I need to provide a confirmed check-out date, what if I wish to extend?

You have 2 options: when booking our long stay apartment solution:
Option 1: Confirm your vacate date when booking; should you wish to extend your booking you will need to confirm with us that the serviced apartment is still available. If still available we would be happy to extend your stay. We can always help you find another accommodation option should it have already been booked.
Option 2: Enter an estimated vacate date and select this as an ""unconfirmed/tentative"" vacate date. You are free to stay in the serviced apartment for as long as you need, all we require is that you give us notice of your intention to vacate. The amount of notice required will be on your Licence to Occupy.
Please note: some locations may not allow you have the automatic right to keep extending your vacate date. This will be displayed to you during the booking process. In the majority of cases we are able to secure extensions at our clients request.

Payment
Is a security deposit required?
A
No Security deposit is payable when booking. You will however need to provide a credit card pre-authorisation when checking in to cover any incidentals like, parking, internet and food and beverage.
How is ongoing rental payable?
A
If booking via a company you can to choose to pay rent every 4 weeks OR pay fortnightly (every 2 weeks). Payment can be made via credit card or can be invoiced.
Private individuals booking a residence will have ongoing rental payments automatically deducted from their credit card on a weekly basis after the first 4 week period has expired.
What forms of payment do you accept for New Zealand bookings?

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Major credit cards are accepted including; MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note a Merchant Service Recovery Fee will be charged on all credit cards.
Invoicing is available for all corporate organisations.
Consolidated invoicing for large project teams is also available.

A fully furnished apartment including home-wares and linen;
Utility connections and ongoing usage charges;

Are there any other charges on top of the advertised weekly rate?

Please speak with reception to obtain phone charges. Unless provided free of charge there will also be extra charges for any additional services you may request, such as car parking, extra furniture hire, airport transfer and internet.
Are your apartments serviced?
A
A weekly clean is included.
Do your apartments have cable television?
A
Sky Cable television is available in most properties. The number of channels will be listed on each option.
Is internet available?
A
Internet can be included for an additional charge - each room option will specify applicable internet costs.
Is car parking available?
A
Car parking is available within selected residence apartments, a weekly charge may apply - each room option will specify applicable parking costs.
Check In/Out Information
What is the check in/out time?
A
Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out of your apartment is typically by 10am on the day of departure, except by prior arrangement.
Specific check-out times will be provided for each residence.
How do I check into my apartment?
A
Please visit the reception desk upon your arrival to check-in. The reception staff will answer any questions you may have about the residence and will direct you to your room.

Limited residences will allow pets, please use the Pet friendly filter when searching for accommodation to view residences that allow pets.
