At iTL, we’re all about keeping things simple. We give you uncomplicated and contemporary Italian dining, so you can focus on enjoying the good stuff. Located on the ground floor of Skycity Adelaide and sprawling out to the festival plaza, you’ll feel the hustle and bustle no matter what time of day. Our Head Chef, Luca, uses only seasonal local ingredients and prepares unmissable hand-made pizza and pasta to guarantee the freshest flavours. We live and breathe pizza, which means everything about our pizza has to be perfect. We make our dough in house, and mature it for 36 hours before it’s ready to take the plunge into one of our signature pizza ovens. Starting with our signature fresh pasta, honest simple ingredients fill the rest of the menu, from our unique starters to melt in your mouth mains. This is contemporary cooking designed to bring people together, with share plates covering the table, Negronis raised to the weekend and gelato best served with an extra spoon.
