BRKLYN is a gin and cocktail bar modelled on a street in Brooklyn, New York. The unique setting contains a number of different 'shop fronts' housed under one roof including a vinyl record store/internet radio station, New York Deli and a rotating pop up shop. The current pop up is a New York Pizza by the slice Bar open until 2am, with more pop ups to follow over the course of a year. One of the biggest attractions is the balcony overlooking Rundle Street, providing outdoor dining and drinking space with the best view in the East End. The cocktail list rotates seasonally and features the likes of the Basil and Passionfruit Gimlet, and New York Sour. The gin list contains gins from around the world with a focus on local too. Local and American beers can be found on rotation as well as a great selection of local and interstate wines. The food is inspired by the multi-cultural melting pot of New York, featuring staples such as Reuben Sandwiches, Lobster rolls, to more traditional tapas style dishes like baked brie and a vegan pāté as well as American favourites such as our bourbon and buttermilk brined fried chicken.
