I am very happy and satisfied overall with the experience. Mr. Alvin Vitor was of great assistance in several instances. His professionalism and courtesy was perfect. I appreciated how well connected all the departments are. I would be quickly referred to another designated representative under the area that needed attention to. Also my problems or questions were dealt with immediately, which was a HUGE plus !
