Stayed overnight to meet relatives arriving from a cruise ship. The location was perfect — just a few minutes to Station Pier and with easy tram access to the city centre. Very convenient for a short stay.

Everything was impressively well-stocked, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The cleanliness, amenities, and communication were all excellent. We travelled as a family with young children and had a wonderful experience....
