I would definitely stay here again! I've been all across the globe and this was one of the most comfortable stays - stunning views, beautiful apartment, great facilities! I'd vote it best residential building in Melbourne! I was first met by Sarah, a consultant who introduced me to the room/building and area - then I received a few calls almost daily making sure I was having a good and comfortable stay! You don't get daily cleaning or service - but I don't think it's needed if everything is provided in a home away from home setting!

Sasha provided prompt, excellent service on the two occasions I had to make contact during stay. Both matters resolved quickly & professionally.
