Great place on the beach and in the city. Really good value stay in a vibrant suburb just outside the CBD and on the beach. Large playground on the beach in Sth Melbourne, 900m away.

The best way to judge the customer service by an organisation is the way a customer problem is handled. Your organisation has been outstandingly successful in this and I look forward to many more stays.
