Set within the stripped back plaster and stunning industrial brickwork of a beautifully preserved building, The Soda Factory delivers a flavour-focused cocktail list with an adventurous streak, including nostalgic numbers like ice cream spiders and shared soda syphons. The food offering is aimed firmly at American diner food. Complete with diner style booths and high tables in the front and back bar.
