Italian Cooking Experience with Stefano Marvello

Stefano's Italian Cooking Experiences focus on the tradition of the long Sunday family lunch, where everyone plays a role in making the meal and together eat – just as his family did. You will learn to make classic Italian dishes, and some with a modern twist. This Italian Cooking Class is located in Burradoo, overlooking the rolling cow pastures of the scenic Southern Highlands, located 90 minutes south of Sydney. In each class they make homemade pasta and mouth watering pasta sauces, bread, and other classic Italian dishes. Class formats range from a four hour basic pastas and sauces, to Italian Master Class where you even have an option to go on foraging tours of the Southern Highlands to talk to producers at Farm Gates, as well a award winning vineyards, and returning to my studio cucina where they will cook the fresh ingredients and of course sample the wine. He offers group classes available on his website, as well as private group bookings.
