It is with heavy hearts the organising committee of the Lara Food & Wine Festival announce there will be no festival in 2021.
We have based our decision on the continuing social distancing requirements and COVID 19 restrictions. Whilst COVID 19 restrictions are easing, we are not able to make any firm arrangements at this stage.
Given the size of the event, we book our fabulous vendors, entertainment and infrastructure many months in advance. Unfortunately, even if restrictions lifted soon, we would not have time to make all the arrangements necessary to hold the festival.
Together with our fabulous sponsors, whom we thank very much for their support, we do hope to put on a great festival again in 2022.
