Barwon Heads Yoga offers Yoga, Movement and Mindfulness classes on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Both home yoga studio and outdoor river classes weave together various styles of Yoga teachings and Mindfulness practices.
Classes are for all ages and abilities: from those new beginners to the super-experienced sages. Practices are built from traditional foundations of Yoga and Mindfulness teachings. Each class invites a playful and eclectic experience for you to explore fully on your mat, creating a safe space for you to feel the benefits meditation and relaxation. To become aware of the relationship between your body, your heart and your mind - so as to teach you to smile gracefully from the inside.

Yoga on the River runs daily from December 21 2019 - January 27 2020 and then every weekend until Labour day long weekend. River classes also run during the easter break: April 10 - April 13. One hour classes are $15 per person. BYO mat and sunglasses. Children under 18 free.
