They have a large collection of collectible and quality paintings by significant Aboriginal artists. There is also a wide variety of small and large very affordable original paintings available to select from. Boomerang Art offers original Aboriginal Paintings sourced over the last 24 years directly from Utopia Artists or Aboriginal-owned Art Centres located in remote areas of Central Australia. They have been created during workshops Werner organised for his artists or bought from them when visiting their place. Established by Werner and Elena in 1996 and have enjoyed a long and close relationship with the Aboriginal artists living in Central Australia as well as clients from around the world. Werner continues to travel to remote areas to supply artists with materials or selectively buys paintings directly or from Aboriginal Art Centres to ensure there are always new unique works available for customers to select from. The showroom is located in Coolum Beach, and it is open to the public, free of charge. The gallery is open by prior appointment (please call to make an appointment).
