                                Executive Pastry Chef Felix Goodwin has opened a gluten-free bakery inside Melbourne's historic Windsor Hotel.
The range includes hard-to-find gluten-free baked goods like cinnamon and sour cherry/chocolate donuts, vanilla and local rum canelés, chocolate and hazelnut praline babkas, brioche and 'Mars Bar' inspired cookies. Only the finest ingredients are used, sourced locally from boutique producers.
