The family-friendly Camel Farm in the Perth Hills welcomes locals and travellers to get a closer look at the precious one-humped animals. Max Bergmann, farmer and passionate cameleer, will show you around, clear up some camel myths and dive into their best-kept secret: Camel Milk. Their camels come from Australia’s outback and are tamed and trained with gentle, trust-based training techniques, minimising the stress on the animals and making sure herd structures are maintained. DromeDairy's mission is to protect Australia's nature and wildlife whilst giving you the opportunity to get really close to the gentle giants. This is a unique opportunity to get a look behind the scenes of a young family-run camel farm that uses the unique benefits of camel milk to create premium Australian skin care.
