One of Sydney’s original breakfast hot spots, Bills has been serving arguably the city’s best scrambled eggs for almost 25 years. The restaurant moved to a new venue in 2018 (just next door to the old site) and the menu still features the classics developed by owner and celebrity chef Bill Granger.
