Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a fast-growing water sport which promotes a healthy and active lifestyle. The sport is straightforward to get into and allows participants to progress at their own level. Kite and Sup have structured lessons that: Cater for all levels, Are in pristine locations, use quality equipment, allow you to enjoy yourself! Instructors are fully qualified, experienced and excited to take you through the process of getting up stand up paddleboarding, correcting stroke technique, doing basic turns and then into some more advanced drills. All the equipment you need to get on the water is supplied! All you need to bring is whatever you want to wear on the day (suitable for the water). It is a good idea also to bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Sunglasses are a good idea; however, it is recommended not to take expensive ones out if they drop in the water.
