Visit the distillery tasting room, open every Friday 3 pm-8 pm and Saturday and Sunday 12 pm-8pm, to taste beautiful Australian gin distilled on-site (with whisky to come), cocktails, spritzers, seltzers and beers, with accompanying bites and share platters.
