Established in 2012, Silver Leaf Yoga is a purpose built yoga facility on a beautiful four-hectare property at Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula.
Teachers have backgrounds in Iyengar yoga which brings an emphasis to alignment and precision in Silver Leaf Yoga classes. The approach to yoga at Silver Leaf is practical and down to earth. Aiming for greater comfort and freedom in our bodies, vitality and awareness.
Silver Leaf Yoga offers the following: general level classes, intermediate level classes, vinyasa classes, gentle classes, AntiGravity yoga classes, meditation courses, workshops, intensives, immersions, beginner courses, private classes for groups and individuals, and space hire.
