Set beside the beautiful lush display gardens of Eden, The Gardens Restaurant and Terrace Bar is made up of a conservatory like indoor Restaurant with table service and an alfresco Terrace Bar for casual dining. The outdoor dining space extends onto the fountain terrace and offers an array of seating options from lounges, cosy settings and high tables for casual dining. Their indoor restaurant is an expansive light and airy space that is able suitable for larger groups or an intimate table for two. There is also a private dining room that seats 10. New Hospitality Manager Luca Carichini (Formerly at Bells at Killcare and Balla at The Star) has put together a stellar new team with a phenomenal Hospitality background. Their Chef Consultant is the highly regarded Chef Matteo Zamboni who is currently Executive Chef at the impeccable Jonah’s Restaurant and Boutique Hotel in Whale Beach. His expertise brings vibrancy to the menu which is refreshed regularly to incorporate the best their gardens offer. Their day to day head Chef is Cliff Kim who has had culinary experience in restaurants such as Pilu at Freshwater, Jamie’s Italian and the Glenmore Hotel.
