Welcome to Potager - Tweeds 'Multi Award Winning' Dining Destination. Set on a small 10 acre farm in Carool’s picturesque countryside sits Potager – A Kitchen Garden, a culinary destination popular with locals and visitors from afar. While guests may come to taste sumptuous cuisine, they are spoiled with views to the coast across a flourishing Northern NSW valley from inside a contemporary interior fit out in the stylish décor of local craftspeople. As much as possible is grown on the farm and sourced from the surrounding region to dish up to delighted diners, with an aim to serve only organic produce, locally caught fish and grass-fed meat. This multi award winning hatted restaurant is just a short 20-minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport. Bookings essential.
