Stoken was born on the east coast of Australia, nestled in northern New South Wales. Created from a friendship built on a mutual passion for creating and enjoying good quality spirits. Their vision was to create the perfect gin, from scratch. All the spirits are produced in small batches with time put in to get the flavours just right for a perfectly balanced drink.
The XII Apostles Gin has been handcrafted using twelve individual botanicals specifically selected to provide a refreshingly modern take on this traditional drink. Conventional Gin ingredients, such as juniper, coriander and cinnamon, have been expertly blended with native botanicals including lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle and bunya nut, resulting in a distinctly northern New South Wales flavour. Enjoy the drinks neat, with a splash of tonic, or as a foundation for an exceptional cocktail.
Building upon the solid backbone that is XII Apostles BC (Before Cask), this unique gin has been carefully matured in brand new American Oak barrels to provide an appealing amber hue, with beautiful vanilla and charcoal notes. An aged gin truly able to be enjoyed neat or as the foundation for an exceptional cocktail with orange bitters.
