Charlotte's Web Darwin Chocolate Factory opened in Darwin in 2018 featuring a range of fresh, local-made chocolate barks featuring fresh local fruits, ginger, nuts, berries and other toppings. A number of specialty chocolates are being developed for commercial and hospitality use on-site.
The company focuses on it's chocolate factory tours, production of commercial quantities of chocolate barks for local sale via the factory store, hotel minibars and small retail outlets in the greater Darwin region.
Formed by local chocolate-lover Kirsty McInnes, the company is built around principles of ethical sourcing of ingredients and sustainable production methods.
