At the heart of the Bistro is chef/owner Matthew Carnell. Bistro Terroir brings Matthew's accomplished skills as a chef including a Michelin two star restaurant in Paris, France to Daylesford. Matthew has a passion for local food and drinks, combined with exceptional chef abilities and an innate sense of the whole dining experience. Over the past decade, Matthew has collected an impressive array of food, wine, produce and restaurant experience.
